fix(frontend): remove dead getRelationshipTypes API after P0-001 backend removal

ContactCard/ContactImport: replace dynamic API call with hardcoded relationship
type list (family/friend/partner/colleague/other), matching backend removal of
/relationship-types endpoint and relationship_types table.
