fix: 身/心维度页推荐文章添加dimensionCode过滤

body/index.vue 和 mind/index.vue 的 loadFeaturedArticles 调用
遗漏了 dimensionCode 参数，导致推荐文章未按维度过滤。
智/行维度页已有正确过滤，对齐处理。
