fix(report): 指纹引擎改用 python3，修复 type=auto 报告识别失败

配置 python.executable 原为 python（Python 2.7），而
fingerprint_engine.py 依赖 sys.stdout.reconfigure（Python 3.7+），
导致 Python 2 下引擎崩溃退出码=1、返回 unknown，type=auto 上传
回退成 gut_flora，非肠道报告解析报「缺少菌群检测数据」被阻止入库。

改为 python3（生产机 /usr/bin/python3 = 3.12.3）后：
- 指纹引擎正常识别 dan_a2 等类型
- 重新解析失败草稿可自动走 DAN 管道成功入库
