feat(recommend): 小程序画像报告页接入推荐卡片

- emotion-report.vue: 画像完成后展示AI推荐内容（文章/活动）
  - 推荐卡片: 类型图标 + 标题 + 描述 + 匹配分
  - loadRecommendations() 在 loadReport finally 中调用
- api.js: 新增 getProfileRecommend 接口
