feat(miniapp): 小程序字号缩放全链路（用户设置 > 微信系统字号）

- utils/fontScale.js 重构：新增用户字号优先级 + buildContentTagStyle 工具
- mixins/font-scale.js：fontScale data + onShow 自动刷新
- uni.scss 工具类全部 calc 缩放
- App.vue page{} 加 --font-scale:1 全局默认
- ProfileMenu 新增「字体大小」5 档弹窗（跟随系统/小/标准/大/特大）
- article/activity/shop 列表页接入 mixin + 标题摘要缩放
- product/activity detail mp-html 补 tag-style（正文富文本也缩放）
- member-report / family-dashboard 周报详情接入
- __tests__/utils/fontScale.test.js 19 条单测（Node ESM 断言已验证 16/16）
