fix(frontend): 补齐 4 处模板表达式未加引号的 hex + 缺失的 gray-300 令牌

- health/report-blocks-renderer.vue:9：item.color || #F97316 → '#F97316'
- activity/create.vue:137-138：tpl.mainColor/darkColor || #F97316/#EA580C 补引号
- mind-detail/traditional-mirror.vue:77：numSoulData.colorHex || #FF6B9D 补引号
  （模板表达式里的裸 # 会被解析成 private name / hash token，编译直接失败）
- uni.scss 新增 $facade-text-gray-300 (#D1D5DB)：RelatedContent.vue:429 已在
  使用但从未定义，dart-sass 报 Undefined variable；与既有的 gray-400/700/800 同族
- 校验：383 个 <template> 用 vue-template-compiler 编译 0 失败、
  371 个 scss 块 dart-sass 编译 0 失败、432 个 <script> 块 babel 解析 0 失败
