fix: 修复健康报告列表非菌群报告无法进入详情页

- report-list.vue: goToDetail 与 health-main 对齐，physical_exam/tongue/其他类型统一跳转通用详情页 report-detail（blocks 渲染支持任意类型）
- 原 tongue 分支指向废弃页 tongue-index（会重定向到上传页）；未知类型分支路径 /pages/body/health-report 不存在导致 navigateTo 失败
- nutrition-profile.vue: 修正 /pages/body/health-report 错误路径为 /pages/body-detail/health-report
