fix: 智/心页面硬编码/模拟数据清理

- wisdom-detail: cognitivePopulationScores 硬编码 [70,65,72,68,66,71,70] → []，避免接口失败显示假分数
- family-dashboard.vue:
  - loadTodayFortune() 接入真实 /api/mind/fortune 接口
  - 移除 loadWeekFortuneData/loadMonthlyFortuneData/loadWeeklyReports 的随机 mock 生成（后端暂无对应接口，不再展示假数据）
  - 删除 generateMockReportContent 纯 mock 方法
